Bluffton Youth Arrested for Horse Theft in Fort Wayne

Bluffton youth Harry L Ludwig, nineteen, arrested on a Bluffton interurban car in Fort Wayne on charges of selling a horse and buggy belonging to another. Detectives Soliday and officers Lipkey and Bevelheimer seized him as he awaited departure west. Ludwig admitted his identity and claimed the horse and buggy were gifts from his father and that he planned to leave town with the money. Money from the sale was found on him and authorities prepared to return him to Bluffton. Small theft reports followed, including three pool balls stolen from Van Rary hall and two hens stolen from a Chick yard on East Warner.
