Warsaw Indiana June 29 Mrs John Rousseau of Warsaw receives 2000 damages after a long suit against the Winona Railway company. The case started in Kosciusko circuit court and moved to the Elkhart superior court where the judgment was set at 2000. It was then reviewed by the Indiana appellate court which affirmed the decision. Mrs Rousseau was injured alighting from a Warsaw Winona car several years ago.
