Dr O V Schuman Visits Eastern Hospitals for Tuberculosis

Columbia City Indiana June 24 Dr O V Schuman returns from a two week eastern tour with the National Association of Charities and Corrections meetings in Albany. He is on the Indiana Tubercular Hacienda Rockville board and represented the governor. He visited seven institutions including Rutland Iowa and Tawkabury New York learning from patient care, museums, and asylums. He believes findings will boost Indiana’s program at Rockville and place it ahead of others.

Tuttle the Artist and Socialist at the Majestic

Decomposed body found along canal with suicide indicators

A badly decomposed male body was found by August Krueckeberg near the olf canal west of the rolling mills. WET FISH NET FOUND IN RUSTY STOVE NEAR CRESOS

In Columbia City Indiana June 44 Flas Coftussicher Homer PF. Jonson and Constable Asa Anderson secured a warrant after finding a wet fish net in an old stove at the unoccupied farm near Cresos. They claimed the net belongs to Cotterly and that he had not been at the farm for two weeks. Damages from the incident are estimated at 200 dollars with insurance pending.
