Court sets aside will of Francis J. Parnin

In Superior Court the complaint of Charles and decedents against Victor J. Parnin was heard. The court found the will of the late Francis J. Parnin null and void due to lack of testamentary capacity. Estimated value of involved property cited as about $29,000. Colerick and Hogan represented the plaintiff with Judge S. M. Hensch for the defense.
