Chicago July 24 The United States court of appeals will be asked to grant a rehearing of the Standard Oil case. The Attorney General Bonaparte telegraphed commendations to the district attorney for upholding interdiction of the surtreatment and promoting justice as the opinion comes in. Continued discussion analyzes three points in the appeals ruling including the exclusion of certain testimony by Judge Hogardus and whether Bankraising the corporation and its creditors factored into the decision.
