Four officials of wall paper jobbing houses were indicted by a federal grand jury in Cleveland for conspiring to restrain trade under the Sherman Act. They allegedly met in Cleveland on May 7 1910 and warned manufacturers that jobbers would boycott if five and ten cent retailers bought from certain firms. Bond set at 3000 dollars. Government says the executive committee of the National Association of Wall Paper Jobbers coordinated the action affecting over 300 five and ten cent stores nationwide.
