Murdered Infant Found In Quarry

A two week old baby girl with marks of violence was found floating in the Boul quarry east of AWUITINGTON on Friday evening by Tad Ward Boch an employee of the Western Lime company. Police and Coroner Gilbreath were notified and an investigation is under way.

Train Test Car Crash Near Haynes Factory Injures Two

At Kokomo Indiana Tay 11 one man is believed dying and another seriously injured after a L B and W test train struck a test car near the Haynes factory. Bert Ruby driver of the car is at Good Samaritan hospital with a severed arm and head and body injuries and has not regained consciousness. Paul Bowley, a passenger in the car, suffered a fractured skull and numerous bruises.
