U S Prohibition agents arrested five men in Clayton county for berry picking near a still in operation. Ben Bel pleaded guilty to operating the still. All five claimed they were picking blackberries not knowing the distillery was nearby. Judge Carter set bonds under $100 each and ordered berry picking at greater distance from the hilltop operation.
