Warsaw January 29 The case of Cloyd Miri vs Peabody was dismissed today on motion of the plaintiff’s attorney. The suit arose from an injury at the Peabody mill near Columbia City with a demand of 10 000 dollars. The dismiss occurs after a year of proceedings and a new suit will be brought.
Golden wedding anniversary celebrated by Mr William Chopsen and Mrs Ruth Swain Chopsen in Huntington Indiana. He born in Pennsylvania in 1830s, she born in North Carolina in 1880s, moved to the area as children. The couple had no children but supported many orphans through local works, with Chopsen described as a wealthy longtime Warren benefactor and farm owner.
