Frightful Run Away of Two Trolley Cars in Pittsburg

A runaway Monongahela branch trolley car plunged into the Pennsylvania station, causing injuries to motorman Charles H W right and a large crowd. A second car crashed into the crowd, killing a carriage passenger and injuring the driver Alexander Saunders. Janes Bragn and Lizzie Miner, en route to McKeesport for their wedding, survived with minor injuries and later wed. A storm and blinding smoke accompanied the chaotic scene along Wilmerding hill.
