Laura Boling became Secretary with Clare Hickmanz treasurer, Mary Stirk chaplain, Mary Fair patriotic instructor, Edith Waite guide, Alice Link assistant guide, Margaret Evans right color guard, Addie Maxroies left color guard, Belts Babcock inner guard and Olive Currant outer guard. Mayor Sherman delivered opening remarks, with Captains W Getler and P Tosze among other speakers.

Mrs Purman Hebble and daughter Margaret return to Fort Wayne after visiting Mrs Hebble's mother Mrs Debsen. Mrs Ernest Horm of Toledo Ohio also mentioned.
