Police investigate a Sunday night burglary at a barn owned by Mrs. Murlage at 1141 Sunuit Street. Sharply detailed notes suggest a clear case of theft of her wood supply. Investigators claim strong evidence points to a deliberate act.
Marvin Stow of Auburn, a patient at Stamets sanatorium, underwent an operation on Saturday by Drs Stamets. Her condition two days later was decidedly satisfactory and she is believed able to leave for home in a short time.
