Death from drinking taunt shocks Manistesa readers

Manistes, Mich March 10 Jacob Shelineis died after failing to withstand a taunt about his drinking. He had stopped drinking four months earlier but was provoked by old companions and wagered he could drink three shots of whisky. He drank three, collapsed, and died within two hours. Saloonkeeper and others face possible charges.
