Man Gives Away Baby At Terre Haute Depot
In Terre Haute on January 15 John Aldridge aged 50 left a baby at the union depot. After the depot matron washed and fed the infant an elderly woman learned the mother had separated from the father and no one could care for it. The father handed the baby to Depot Policeman Trail who placed it with Mrs. T. R. Hanks of Farrel Illinois.

Marshal A. A. Teel of Ashley was attacked Sunday night by Albert Cameron who cut Teel’s throat from ear to ear. Teel, very fleshy, has a seven inch wound two inches deep with no vital organ severed.
