The sensational divorce suit filed by Mrs. Bowersock and $18,000 alimony has been withdrawn after Mr. Bowersock and Edith Black faced off in court. Black was fined for public conduct and left town. Bowersock agreed to transfer about $20,000 in property to his wife.

Mr P A Randall attempted to seize the Cottrell press during proprietor absence to move it out of the Evenine Poet office.
