Election Returns From New Hampshire And Hanover Vote

Telegrams report New Hampshire results up to nine tonight show 80 Republicans and 65 Democrats elected to the legislature. Prescott leads with 18,885 votes, McKean 17,553, scattering 659. In Hanover, objections to ex senator James W Patterson sparked a Republican split with Democrats. Patterson declared elected by one vote. Later totals from Concord indicate Prescott 35,694 to McKean 32,864 in 184 towns, and House results at 184 Republicans and 117 Democrats from 392 towns tabulated.
