Washington February 13 Senate passes the bill to appoint Wm Kilburn of San Francisco as Ensign in the Navy by motion of Mr Stockton. A California petition with sixteen thousand six hundred thirty eight names asks Congress to review the US China treaty and consider modifications to curb Chinese influx.
