Resolutions of Respect For Judge Wordens Daughter

Judge Morris introduced resolutions in the circuit court mourning the death of Mrs. William H. Pyke daughter of Hon. Worden. The Fort Wayne bar expressed sympathy and praised her culture and amiability and adjourned the court until tomorrow at 2 pm with copies to her family.

The jury found for the defendant in Flaugh v Eling. Richards v Munson is on trial. Baker v Baker awarded $70. Dyche v Dyche granted a divorce. New suits include Hull v Hoff man for 800, Nuttman v Fox for 100, Whetsell v Morrison for 150. Snyder pleaded guilty and was fined one dollar plus costs.

Penman complains of dismissal in Sentinel letter

Louis Jacquel writes to the Sentinel defending his performance as a penman in the senate. Funeral services for S W Ellsworth at West Berry home

Religious rites will be held at 12m Thursday for the late S W Ellsworth at C M Dawson 105 West Berry street. The remains will depart for Michigan City for interment at 1 20 p m the same day.
