Taft and Weimar Convicted in Revenue Fraud Case

John H Taft and Philip Weimar were convicted of conspiring to defraud the revenue. Taft received five months in the state prison and a $2000 fine plus half the trial costs. Weimar drew eight months in the county jail and the same $2000 fine with half the costs.
