Governor Signs Anti-Mask Bill in Holbrook
Governor Miriam A. Ferguson signed the Holbrook anti-mask bill prohibiting wearing masks in public with an emergency clause. Penalties include a 500 dollar fine for masked public entry and 1 to 10 years in prison for masked private entry, plus 2 to 10 years near churches and at least five years for masked assault.
