Entries are being accepted for the 1978 Pecos County Sheriff's Posse Junior Rodeo Queen Contest to be held with the rodeo on June 29 to July 1. Judging in horsemanship and personality totals 100 points, contestants ride a pattern and appear on horseback all three nights. Winners reign for one year, must live in Fort Stockton, be under 19 and unmarried, with a runner-up. Entries require a resume and a 5x7 photo, due June 22 to Mrs. Randle.
