Pecos WCID votes July 7 on water system bonds
Pecos County Water Control and Improvement District No 1 calls a July 7 bond election to fund a rural water system serving areas around Fort Stockton. Voters decide on $545,000 revenue bonds and $185,000 general obligation bonds backed by a new well field 22 miles west on TH 10, with about 300 deposits already placed for taps.
