Reg Williams, a Fort Stockton resident, forged a $65 check on Allison Bros. San Angelo and cashed $30. He then passed several cold checks, borrowed Raymond Hallard's Ford, and drove out on Block One, continuing his flight.

Tom Trimble closed a deal with Dr. D J Sibley for the old Haseltine adobe residence in the south part of town. Consideration is 1250 dollars. Trimble, who recently sold his east town residence to Judge W C Jackson, will move his family to the new holdings in the early part of the year.
Mrs George Tripp will serve both luncheon and evening turkey dinners at the Hotel Bennett. Patronage solicited for the festive event.
