Terrible floods sweep Southern Alberta rivers and bridges

Haultain Re-elected By Large Majority In Government Race

The government sustains itself as F W G Haultain wins re election by a substantial margin. Up to press, 17 divisions report 425 votes for Haultain and 146 for Harris, a 279 majority. Twenty-one government, six opposition, and three independent candidates elected with five divisions still reporting.
