Ferdinand Schulzke a plover resident of Forest Park and father of Mrs Hophindry died Tuesday morning September 11 at age 60. Born March 23 1840 in Koenigsberg Germany he came to America at 20. He married Sophia Greenwald and had a daughter Sophia who cared for him. A cabinet maker by trade he lived in Harlem most of his life. Funeral services were held from his residence Sunday with Rev B A Saunders officiating. Interment at Forest Home. Pallbearers Fred Brugha Fred Towie Fred Wing and Edward Adying. A second obituary notes Marie Bohraubeeca mother of Joby and Mrs Withehwinnett died after a long illness in Chicago. Rest in Concordia September 22.
