Melvin Mader Forest Park Postmaster Dies at 69
Melvin V. Mader 69 longtime Forest Park postmaster died Sunday night from a heart attack born Chicago April 26 1900 he lived in Oak Park thirty years and later moved to Forest Park where he ran a tire shop before becoming postmaster in 1957 Services were held at Zimmerman and Son Chapel and burial was at Forest Home Cemetery

Parade starts 1 30 p m at Wilkie Avenue to Des Plaines Madison Jackson for disbandment. Saturday acts run 1 00 to 5 00 p m behind North America Savings with local teen groups and the Chicago Wimaraner Dog Team.
