Former Resident Taken by Death

William J. Dreckler aged 41 of South Boulevard Oak Park died Sunday at Walther Memorial hospital. A thirty two year motorman on the Lake Street elevated and former railroad fireman, he retired five years ago due to ill health. Born May 1 184 in Naperville Illinois he married Enna Wondersich of Minneapolis November 28 1895. They lived in Chicago and later in Forest Park and Oak Park. Survived by his wife son Myles two daughters Myrtle and Bernice and three grandchildren Dorothy Bernice Julianne Hansen. Funeral services were at Drechsler funeral home with Masonic rites and interment at Film Lawn cemetery.
