Police officers rewarded for recovering car thieves

Officers Jack Hermanson and Wil Uni Jacket received commendations and checks from the Chicago Motor Club president Charles M. Hayes for aiding in catching car thieves who attempted to steal a vehicle owned by T. L. W. Schwartz on July 8. The awards were presented at Forest Park Village Hall, Forest Park, Illinois.

Mrs Johmmia Klock a Forest Park resident for thirty years died at her home 140 Rockford Street on Friday Oct 25. Born in Germany on April 10 184, she came to Forest Park in 189? and married Andrew Mlock later. Pastor Martin Grose of St Johns Lutheran officiated. Survived by husband eight children four sons Otto Trehard Andrew Aaron and four daughters Mow Mtennbach Mrs Rogue Mrs Nivoll and a daughter Bath. Grandchildren listed. Federation of Women's Clubs Annual Meeting at Maywood church

The Federation of Women's Clubs held its annual meeting at the First Baptist Church of Maywood on October 28. About 250 women attended the luncheon and program hosted by the Maywood twentieth century women's club and the Maywood Voter League. Mrs Beasty presided as first vice president, committee reports were read, and Mrs Weatherina Schuster led the neighborhood club chorus. Mrs Fernie J. White delivered a speech on "Mistakes I Have Seen of the Ballot" after an address by a Chicago jurist.

Citizens Party Navegocial Meeting At Community Club

The Citizens Party held a meeting at the community club house Thursday evening attended by most members and families. Leo and speeches followed a pastimes.
