Mayor Kennelly proclaims Sweetest Day as an official observance in Chicago. The third Saturday in October, October 21, will be marked in over 300 cities with the slogan Remember to Make Someone Happy. Forest Park leads western suburbs in celebrations and community acts of kindness.
