Double Wedding at Knipping Residence

A double home wedding occurred Saturday afternoon October 9 as Mia Knipping became the bride of Filph Matow and Mise Placennelllitt wed David Kinzer at the Knipping residence. The ceremony was officiated by Wilm Wenninger of St Puls Church. Attending were Mr and Mrs Harry Berger. A entreé dinner for thirty five guests followed, with many relatives in attendance. Ground Breaks For Marcus Store And Flats Building

Ground was broken Monday for the Marcus Store and flat building at the corner of Naileon and Bertrard Streets, opposite the Ascher theater. Runaway Dairy Wagon Horse Upsets Cart Injures Boy

Leater Kosch twelve year old son of Mr and Mrs George Kosch 438 Junagh Avenue had a narrow escape when the Howman Dairy milk wagon driven by Mr Kosch toppled on the pavement at Circle avenue and Adams street. The boy seized the reins but could not control the frightened horse. He escaped with a badly bruised arm and is recovering at home while Mrs Kosch who watched from a window fainted. The incident occurred as the horse, new to the animal, bolted after a noise in the alley behind his home. He returned home for dinner and had parked the horse in the alley prior to the mishap. The boy was unhurt aside from the arm injury and the wagon was damaged.
