Madeleine M. Shepard of Forest Park has been elected Worthy Grand Matron of the Illinois Eastern Star. She was installed at Medinah Temple in Chicago. A longtime community volunteer, she has trained 95 grand lecturers since 1952 and held multiple grand chapter posts including Grand Representative of Quebec. Final Day To Register For Nov and 21 Year Olds Eligible
