Recount Settles Municipal Court Clerk Race
Judge Edward Turnbaugh oversaw the recount in Carroll County for the Municipal Court Clerk race. Shelly De Costa was declared winner by 10 votes, over Edward Lane, after both candidates shed four votes in the re-count from 1,457 to 1,447.
