Mayor Santo Rizzo announced a special public hearing by the U S Postal Service for next Wednesday. The agency proposes relocating its South Suburban facility and 1 068 employees from Ford City Chicago to 7500 Roosevelt Road Forest Park near the Bulk Mall Processing Center. Forest Park officials oppose due to traffic, services strain, tax base impact, and planning objectives.
