Second Annual 4th of July Celebration in Forest Park
Plans for the second annual July 4th celebration were discussed by the committee on Saturday June 19. The event will feature refreshment booths from Kiwanis Lions VFW Harlem Maennerchor and Fraternal Order of Police. Activities include a greased pole climb and a greased pig catch along with an all star soft ball game at 1:00 p.m. A potential game between Park District Employees and Village Police and Firemen may be scheduled.
