Condominium owners at 215 Marengo Forest Park have filed a $100000 suit in Cook County Circuit Court against Charles G Matthies Inc. The six page complaint cites nine construction defects including faulty antenna buckling roof leaks window seals and inadequate electrical and soundproofing. The Association seeks actual damages of 100000 plus attorney fees and costs claiming breach of express warranties.
