1965 law on canceling minor licenses by consent
A law passed by the 1965 General Assembly requires the Secretary of State to cancel the license or permit of any minor under 21 upon a verified written request from the consenting party. Any parent may direct this action to Secretary of State Paul Powell at the Capitol Building in Springfield 62706.
