Cerebral Palsy Volunteers Plan 1972 Door-To-Door Fund Drive
Forest Park volunteers from United Cerebral Palsy of Greater Chicago meet to finalize plans for the 53 Minute March on Cerebral Palsy in Forest Park. The event Sunday January 16 1972 involves 48000 volunteers from Cook Lake DuPage and Kane counties supporting services research and education for more than 24000 local cerebral palsy sufferers.

Commissioner Santo Rizzo announced a proposal to forbid displaying For Sale or Sold signs on any residential property in Forest Park. The ordinance would cover both real estate agencies and owners, citing out of town dealers and unlicensed firms as factors.
