Oscar M. Wills, longtime Proviso Township educator, was elected business manager of Proviso High School by the board of education. He will start March 1 at a salary of 4500 per year for the remainder of the school year, rising to 5000 annually in September. The district plans a new building program and land purchase north of the current site, with architect selection on March 6.
