Christmas Gifts Aid Forest Park and Oak Park Families

Christmas donations by local charities support Forest Park and Oak Park families in need. The Associated Charities, Forest Park Commercial Club, and Oak Park charities fund food baskets and essential items. Pioneer Presbyterian Church's men’s club plans a toy and food basket drive, aided by a dance party and member donations. Benefactors include Henry Mohmmacher and Mrs. Henry Meluy, with assistance for a Chicago widow and six children helped by the Krampus family adoption.

Sandy Shop Opens Candy Store in Old Stand

J amivoeur opened a candy shop at 7358 Sindia on Street in Nic Sehank’s old stand last Saturday. He makes all the candy he sells and handles only candy. He expressed appreciation for early patronage and is associated with H Maknaloy in establishing the business.

Shrigtmmas Concert at St Peter's Church Forest Park

A Christmas concert planned for Wednesday December 20 at 8 P M at St Peter's Church Waiuhi avenue and Adana street Forest Park offers a high quality program led by director Williams Born. The first cantata The First Christmas features trained vocalists with an enlarged choir.
