The Public Service Company of Northern Illinois filed December 2 with the Illinois Commerce Commission a revision of its billing practice for port card billing aimed at industrial and commercial customers. Partial minutes from the village council meetings held May 31 and November 28 1891 discuss an ordinance to sell United States Savings Bonds newly purchased for the Forest Park Sewer System and Interest Fund under Forest Park Ordinance No 10. The motion by Commissioner Schulze seconded by Commissioner Bartz passes with yeas from Reich Harte Vadivelt Schulz and Meyer and noes from none. The session notes a surplus in sewer funds and accumulated interest. Adjournment follows.
