Forest Park Council meets in July 1938 session
The Forest Park Village Council in Cook County Illinois convened on July 28 1938 with Mayor Meyer and commissioners Meyer Blue and Lambke present. Fretin was absent due to illness. Items include zoning actions on 414 and 418 Hannah Avenue for off the street parking and permission for the Muscular Dystrophy Associations to display banners in November. Bills were approved and discussions covered forestry department costs and flood control plans with regional officials. Adjournment followed after notes on a late August meeting and gar bage curb bids.
