He completed a 12 week intensive course at Miami Beach Florida and will be commissioned as a second lieutenant in the U S Army Air Forces. Mrs. R. Grimm nee Fitzgibbon, born December 21 1906, died April 25 after a decline, while attending Forest Park Women’s Club. She lived in Forest Park most of her life, married Ronald J. Grimm in 1925, and left two children Maureen and J Ronald. She was active in Girl Scouts, PTA, church work at St Peter’s Evangelical, and was remembered by family and community for community service. Funeral services were held April 27 at St Tev Church, with burial at Waldhem.
