Lake rapid transit shop awarded to Taheny Brothers
Taheny Brothers of Chicago won the Lake rapid transit terminal shop contract with a low bid of 1,264,000 dollars. The two story concrete face brick and steel structure covers 25,000 square feet and will centralize maintenance for the new air conditioned cars on the Lake route.
