An India seed note and U.S. locomotive stat line round out the column.
Cliffside Mills Opens Massive New Finishing Plant
Work is advancing rapidly on Cliffside Mills new finishing plant. When finished it will be among the Souths most modern and complete finishing plants. The building measures 243 feet long, 50 feet wide, and three stories high, constructed of fireproof material. It sits parallel to the main mill with cloth conveyed to the plant for finishing. The tank will house modern finishing machinery ready for shipment, and moving the finishing department will free space for new mill equipment or storage.
