Carolinas Farm Celebration to Draw 10000 in Shelby

Shelby announces the Carolinas Farm celebration to be held August 21 at Cleveland Springs Park. Govs McLeod and McLean, with other leaders, will address a crowd of about 10,000 farmers from North and South Carolina. The event features a large open air supper, a twilight pageant, and moving pictures of mountain scenes.
