Small Eggs From Trammel Family Baffle Courier
Mr. J. B. Trammel of Route 3 left two tiny Rhode Island Red eggs at the Courier office on Wednesday morning. The eggs are only slightly larger than a bird egg, contrasting with the hens usual large, fine production. Trammel is father of Charles Trammel, a noted Courier contributor and high school graduate. The piece cements Charles as a future preacher, predicting he will serve as a noble clergyman rather than pursue journalism.
