Grazing Rules Change for Conservation Programs in Wilson County
Wilson County ASCS Office notifies producers that authorized grazing for acres retired under Conservation Reserve, Feed Grain, or Wheat Stabilization may occur on a per month basis. Grazing start moved to October 1 1963 from November 1 1963. Producers seeking one month grazing or pre October 1 1963 grazing should contact the ASCS Office for forms and authorization. A second request asks Wilson County be approved for Emergency Livestock Feed Program with announcements to follow if approved.

Four technicians began testing cattle in the Three Oaks community and by Tuesday night had examined 31 herds with 986 cows.
