Floresville High football player dies after scrimmage incident
Jeffery Raska, 17, son of Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Raska, died about 10:45 p.m. Tuesday at Memorial Hospital Floresville after a practice scrimmage at the local field. A senior and Varsity football team member, he was knocked out of breath while blocking an extra point and died from later complications.
