Kenneth Heritage Named State 4 H Winner by Extension Agent
Kenneth Heritage, 17, a Flores area 4 H member raising registered Brahman cattle, was named state 4 H winner by County Extension Agent Charles Pfluger Jr. The county 4 H Council provides six $1000 scholarships. His record book advances to national competition after a successful run at county, district, state, and national shows and his poultry judging team participation. He has chaired his local club and the county livestock and home clubs and placed in multiple shows including reserve champion Brahman. He also competed in the 1977 Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo.
