The Floresville Parent-Teachers Association met at the High School with Mrs. Oxford presiding. Health of Children talk shifted. Carnival profits around 216 dollars and 150 from a Popularity Contest supported Athletic funds. Miss Eddie Dennis won a float contest and will attend Armistice Day Carnival, escorted by Wesley Seale.

Runge High Carnival Duchess Leads Floresville Parade
Miss Eddie Dennis crowned Duchess of Floresville at Runge High School carnival on Armistice Day. She attended with Grace Fleming and companions. Duke of Floresville was Mr Seale. Fleming donated a coupe for the royal entry. The group decorated the car and earned a pretty car honor. They enjoyed Runge's welcome and returned after coronation exercises Wednesday night. I. D.
