A former Floresville student, he pursued West Texas Military Academy and the University of Denver before earning a law degree at Texas University. He serves as Chief Justice of the Fourth Court of Civil Appeals in San Antonio, a position he has held for 25 years. The program for tonight’s graduation follows.
